So the other day thus conversation actually took place.
Old guy: Ill be bringing my son up here next time. You should meet him.
Me:sure.*smiles
Old guy: teach him how to cook these healthy stuff.*smiling at me like he has a brillant plan at the back of his head
Me: Okay.( while I continue to smile in the mosr polite way, I think.)
Moments later after the old man left…
Dad: Did you know what he said? (Talking to mom)
He said we should let our daughter date and marry his son.(*laughs) even when I told him our daughter never even had a boyfriend yet he still insisted saying, “that’s even better.”
Me: not gonna happen.* rolls eyes
But the ironic thing about this is the fact that my sister had a glimpse of that guy’s son a couple of years back and I could swear she found him cute. He had glasses. And I think I Did too. Or my vision was just blurry:P
